1. Uvod

Ova Politika privatnosti objašnjava kako ARS inženjering d.o.o. Banja Luka („mi”, „nas”) prikuplja i koristi podatke kada posjetite web stranicu arsinzenjering.com. Poštujemo vašu privatnost i prikupljamo samo ono što je neophodno.

2. Podaci koje prikupljamo

Analitika posjeta: ako prihvatite kolačiće, prikupljamo anonimne podatke o korištenju: pregledane stranice, izvor s kojeg ste došli, jezik pregledača i vašu okvirnu državu. Za brojanje jedinstvenih posjetilaca koristimo nasumični identifikator u kolačiću. Ne pohranjujemo vašu IP adresu, ime niti bilo koji podatak koji vas direktno identifikuje.

Kontakt forma: ako koristite kontakt formu, prikupljamo podatke koje unesete — ime, e-mail, te opcionalno telefon, kompaniju, oblast interesa i vašu poruku — kako bismo mogli odgovoriti na vaš upit.

3. Kolačići i lokalna pohrana

arsvid — vlastiti kolačić koji se koristi isključivo za anonimno brojanje posjetilaca. Postavlja se tek nakon što kliknete „Prihvati” i traje oko 12 mjeseci.
Vaš izbor o kolačićima čuvamo u lokalnoj pohrani pregledača da vas ne bismo ponovo pitali.
Ne koristimo oglašivačke niti kolačiće trećih strana za praćenje (nema Google Analytics-a ni Facebook piksela).

4. Usluge trećih strana

Za procjenu države posjetioca naš server obavlja jednokratnu provjeru putem servisa ip-api.com koristeći IP adresu; IP adresa se koristi samo za tu provjeru i mi je ne pohranjujemo. Web stranicu hostuje HostGator, a kontakt poruke se dostavljaju putem našeg e-mail servisa.

5. Kako koristimo podatke

Analitičke podatke koristimo isključivo u zbirnom obliku kako bismo razumjeli korištenje stranice i unaprijedili je. Podatke iz kontakt forme koristimo samo za odgovor na vaš upit. Nikada ne prodajemo vaše podatke niti ih dijelimo u marketinške svrhe.

6. Čuvanje podataka

Zbirna analitika se čuva dok je korisna. Kontakt poruke čuvamo onoliko koliko je potrebno za obradu vašeg zahtjeva i našu evidenciju.

This Privacy Policy explains how ARS inženjering d.o.o. Banja Luka (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you visit arsinzenjering.com. We respect your privacy and collect only what is necessary.

We use a random identifier stored in a cookie to count unique visitors. We do not store your IP address, name, or any data that directly identifies you.

Contact form: if you use the contact form, we collect the details you provide — name, e-mail, and optionally phone, company, area of interest, and your message — so we can respond to your inquiry.

arsvid — a first-party cookie used solely for anonymous visitor counting. It is set only after you click “Accept” and lasts about 12 months.
We store your cookie choice in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again.
We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies (no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel).

4. Third-party services

To estimate a visitor's country, our server performs a one-time lookup with ip-api.com using the IP address; the IP is used only for that lookup and is not stored by us. The website is hosted by HostGator, and contact e-mails are delivered through our mail provider.

5. How we use the data

We use analytics data only in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We use contact-form data only to answer your inquiry. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

6. Data retention

Aggregated analytics are kept for as long as they are useful. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for our records.
